  • 2009 – 2010 University of Canterbury: Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Primary)
  • 2006 – 2008 University of Canterbury: Bachelor of Arts (Double major in Human Services and Education)

Ashleigh has an education background where planning and implementing programmes are key. These skills have been well utilised since taking on the role of office manager for Calibre Cost Management. Being part of the company since the beginning Ashleigh has helped formed the foundations and growth for Calibre. Ashleigh is responsible for the office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, Accounts payable and HR correspondence.

Ashleigh also has the tough role of ensuring the team are kept in line – It is noted that keeping Toby inline is her largest challenge (impossible for all but the best).

Outside of work Ashleigh is kept busy with two young children, however, manages to find time to play tennis and satisfy her artistic streak by canvas painting.

Ashleigh has a key focus on cultural responsibility and is endeavouring to implement this a service Calibre Cost Management can offer in the future.
